At the Court Nursing Home, we aim to offer our the opportunity to enhance quality of life by providing a safe and comfortable environment, plus support and stimulation to help them maintain physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and social capacity of our Residents.
 

The Home is registered with the CSSIW and is able to offer care for nursing and residential clients with the following range of needs:

  • Nursing Older People

  • Older people personal care
Company history

The Court is a grade II listed building located on the west of Cardiff in the St Fagan’s area.

 

Interestingly The Court was originally built by Lord Glan Ely and eventually became the home of the late Sir Harry Llewellyn and family.

 

To the rear of the building there are patio areas, large lawns with trees predominantly featured with the grounds.

 

The main driveway leads to a spacious car park. This original wing has been extended in order to increase the occupancy to 60 persons.

 

 

 

Activities and Social Contact

In-house activities are organised for the service user in order to promote and maintain the individuals social and psychological well-being.

 

Outside agencies are used whenever needed. Personal preferences and capabilities are always taken into account.

 

All personal cultural and spiritual needs are taken care of with regular visits by various denominations.

 

The Home openly endorses contact between service users and their relatives, friends and representatives. Visiting hours are open except for mealtimes. Qualified Nurses will always be available to discuss any concerns.
